Account & Billing
Workspaces and teammates
Sharing an account, inviting people, and account settings.
A workspace is a shared account: everyone in it sees the same projects and works on them together, without passing a password around.
Account settings
Everything about your own account lives under Settings, in five tabs — and each is deep-linkable, so a colleague can send you straight to the right one:
- User Details — your name, email and profile.
- Change Password — set a new one; you need your current password.
- Team — the people in your workspace and their invitations.
- Resell — resell accounts, on plans that include them.
- Danger Zone — closing the account. Irreversible, and it takes your projects with it.
Inviting someone
- 1
Open the Team tab in Settings
It lists everyone with access and any invitations still outstanding.
- 2
Create an invite link
You can cap how many times a link may be used, so one link can bring in a whole team — or exactly one person.
- 3
Send it
They follow the link, sign in or sign up, and join the workspace with access to its projects.
How many people can share a workspace depends on your plan — see plans and limits.
Removing access
Remove a member from the Team tab and their access ends immediately; the work they did stays in the workspace. Members can also leave a workspace themselves from its settings.
Invite links are bearer links
Anyone holding the link can join until it is used up or revoked. Send it directly to the person, not into a group chat, and set a maximum use count.
