Plans and limits

Your plan decides how much you can build and which parts of Woxelo are available. Limits are enforced at the moment you create something, so you always find out before work is lost — never afterwards.

What a plan controls

• How many projects you can have at once — websites, apps and legal pages.
• Which builders you can use.
• Whether you can create templates — the Template Builder menu only appears on plans that include it.
• How many people can share the account, and how many resell accounts you can open.
• AI generation allowance — the credit a build or a chat message draws on.

Hitting a limit

Try to create a project beyond your allowance and Woxelo says so plainly — for example: *You have reached your website limit. Please upgrade your plan or delete some existing projects.* Nothing you already have is affected; only the new project is refused.

Two ways forward:

• Free a slot. Delete a project from Projects that you no longer need. Deleting is permanent — publish or export anything you want to keep first.
• Raise the limit. Move to a plan with more room.

A feature you have read about is missing

Menus that your plan does not include are hidden rather than shown greyed out, so an absent Template Builder or Resell is almost always a plan difference and not a fault. If something you are paying for is missing, tell support — that is a real person and they can see your account.

Changing your plan

Plan changes are handled by the Woxelo team. Message support with what you are running into — the project limit, template creation, seats — and they will sort out the right plan rather than making you guess from a table.
